Job summary

Kohl's is looking for a store associate to keep a safe, clean store environment and assist customers with products and services. Daily cleaning, stocking, and participation in omni-channel fulfillment when needed will be part of the role. You will greet customers, provide help, follow safety guidelines, and complete required training.

Excellent customer service, accuracy in restocking, and teamwork are essential. Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is requested.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Clean all store areas following Kohl's standards and procedures.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain levels of approved chemicals and supplies by replenishing as needed.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Support the operations team to receive and process product, and handle stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
