Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• ERP experience with Sage Peachtree or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial results and identify trends and variances.
• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support inventory accounting and manufacturing operations.
• Assist with payroll processing and reporting.
• Handle cash management, ACH, and wire transactions.
• Maintain fixed asset and lease accounting records.
• Support audits, budgeting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
