Qualifications

• State licensure required by regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech/language needs.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
