Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Certification as CCC (Speech-Language Pathologist) or eligibility.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor’s with field experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the journey.
