Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and implement patient-centered therapy for communication disorders. You will develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes in a supportive inpatient setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ongoing professional growth, and commitment to compassionate patient care within a leading rehabilitation network.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
