Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide speech and language rehabilitation services across our nationwide inpatient network. You will assess, design, and administer individualized treatment plans for patients, collaborating with care teams to promote meaningful communication improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with field experience acceptable.

Aufgaben

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
