The role emphasizes assessing patient needs, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment to maximize communication outcomes. Licensure, CCC certification, and CPR are required or completed shortly after hire.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or state certification required.
• CCC certification completed or in good standing.
• CPR certification required or acquired within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer individualized speech and language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track, document patient progress and treatment response.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress with the team.
