Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of San Antonio is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our nationwide leader in inpatient rehabilitation. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, developing individualized plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires CCC, state licensure, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree (or BA with experience). We offer a supportive environment, career growth, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• CCC Certification or eligibility required.
• Current/state licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy approaches as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones along the way.
