Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, design, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients, leveraging cutting‑edge technology and a supportive culture.

Current state licensure and CCC are required; CPR within 30 days of hire. A Master’s degree is preferred or a Bachelor’s with related experience. We offer day-one benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Certification of Clinical Competence) required or achieved.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
