Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of San Antonio is seeking a Speech Pathologist to support patients with speech and language rehabilitation in a leading national inpatient setting. You will evaluate, treat, and document progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in good standing
• CCC Certification (ASHA) required or eligible
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Master’s degree preferred, orBachelor’s degree with field experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and support their progress throughout therapy.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Bachelor's degree with field experience
