Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders. You will design and implement personalized therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to maximize communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Speech Therapy as required by state.
• SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's with relevant field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer individualized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Track, document, and report patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient progress and support functional communication goals.
