Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide essential therapy, helping patients overcome speech and communication challenges in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You will evaluate, design personalized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality care across a national leader in post-acute rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
• Experience in speech-language pathology preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer speech therapy and modify plans as needed.
• Track progress and document patient responses.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
