Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language challenges. You will develop and implement personalized therapy plans, document progress, and adjust treatment as needed in a supportive inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The role requires current state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR within 30 days of hire. A Master's degree is preferred; a Bachelor's with field experience may also be considered.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Formation
