Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs in a compassionate, patient-centered setting. You will contribute to personalized plans, document progress, and adapt therapies to maximize communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification or completion of CCC.
• CPR certification required or due within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy approaches as needed.
• Track, document and report patient performance and progress.
• Celebrate patient victories and support functional communication goals.
