Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language disorders in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

You will develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes. The role supports ongoing professional growth and a strong, value-driven culture within a national leader in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification required.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience
