Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and administer personalized speech and language therapy for inpatients, supporting patients at every step of recovery.

You will document progress, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a diverse care team to maximize outcomes while advancing your clinical skills in a nationally recognized rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master’s degree preferred

Bachelor’s degree with field experience
