Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC (ASHA) certification completed or in good standing.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to improve outcomes.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and maintain accurate records of progress.
