Job summary

Van Matre Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based therapy for patients with speech and language needs. You will assess, plan, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs in a compassionate inpatient rehab setting.

Ideal candidates hold state licensure and CCC, with CPR certification. The role supports growth within a national rehabilitation leader known for recognitions and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as required by state regulations.
• CCC certification completed or in progress as applicable.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred; bachelor’s with relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy plans as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and treatment response.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes throughout therapy.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Bachelor’s degree with field experience

CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)

State licensure as SLP

CPR certification
