Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop personalized plans and monitor patient progress in a supportive inpatient setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology with state licensure and CCC certification, and CPR within 30 days of hire. This on-site role offers growth within a national leader in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to optimize progress.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones throughout therapy.
