Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury invites you to join our Speech Pathology team. You will evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs, guiding their progress and celebrating small victories along the way.

We require current state licensure, CCC certification preferred, CPR certification, and either a Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification required by regulations.
• CCC certification preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories on the recovery journey.
