Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide inpatient language and communication rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, track progress, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Certification)
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
