Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to deliver patient-centered care across our national inpatient rehabilitation network. You will assess, design, and implement tailored therapy plans for communication disorders and monitor progress in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
