Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, develop personalized plans, and work with a dedicated team to help patients communicate more effectively.

This role requires current licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire; a master's degree is preferred (or a bachelor's with relevant experience).

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (CCCs) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Educación
