Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification for SLP is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer individualized treatment plans for speech-language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment when needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress to motivate continued improvement.
