Encompass Health Wesley Chapel is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients recover speech, language, and swallowing abilities in a supportive inpatient setting, delivering compassionate care close to home.

You will evaluate, design, and implement personalized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a national leader in post-acute care, gaining access to ongoing education and modern therapy technology.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Track progress and document patient performance and response.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
