Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized speech therapy for patients with communication disorders.

You’ll work in a supportive, technology-enabled environment as part of a national leader in post-acute care, focusing on compassionate care, proven outcomes, and collaborative teamwork to advance patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy.
• CCC (ASHA) certification.
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
