Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff to deliver patient-centered care and participate in program development. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and ensure licensure, CCC, and CPR requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state.
• CCC certification or eligibility.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinicians to optimize therapy and discharge planning.
