Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. You will evaluate, identify issues, and document progress as part of a caring, team-focused environment at our national inpatient rehabilitation network.

Formación

• Current licensure required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required or in place.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
