Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist CF or CCC to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Hobbs, NM.

This role focuses on evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders, improving intelligibility, and supporting residents along the continuum of care. A strong mentorship culture and ongoing professional growth opportunities are offered within CRG.

Qualifications

• Evaluation and treatment of patients with speech, language, and swallowing deficits.
• Focus on improving intelligibility and safe swallowing.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to coordinate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Direct evaluation and treatment of speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing safely.
• Collaborate with physicians, OT, PT, and other staff to optimize patient care.
