Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating and treating speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of quality patient care including evaluation, treatment, planning, and documentation.
• Provide professional treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders using evidence-based techniques.
• Plan activities and deliver services for speech and language pathology.
• Develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals aligned with physician orders.
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals on patient progress.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries promptly.
• Ensure delivery of quality rehab services in SNF.
