Continuum Rehab Group in Lovington, NM seeks a Speech Language Pathologist CF or CCC to join our in-house therapy team. You'll evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive deficits, using evidence-based approaches and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Evaluation and treatment of speech, language, and cognitive disorders.
• Swallowing safety assessments and diet modifications.
• Collaborate with OT/PT/physicians on patient treatment.
• Documentation of evaluations and progress notes.
• Deliver therapy per professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of patient care and treatment planning.
• Develop goals aligned with physician orders.
• Provide therapy services across speech and language disorders.
• Maintain accurate patient records and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize care.
