Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary setting. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to support patients’ communication and swallowing needs.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and CCC-SLP licensure (ASHA) preferred or required, with CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP licensure (ASHA) preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
