Synchrony is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy for communication and swallowing disorders in an interdisciplinary setting. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Current state SLP licensure; CCC-SLP preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
