Flagship Therapy's Lakeside in Coeur D'Alene, ID is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. This post-acute care facility serves geriatric clients with long-term and short-term needs, providing a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders; delivering targeted therapy; tracking outcomes; and providing discharge summaries and family

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other providers.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements.
