Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join an interdisciplinary team delivering rehab and 24-hour skilled care to residents.

Clinical Fellows are welcome; must graduate from an ASHA-accredited program, hold a Colorado SLP license, CPR if required, and be familiar with Casamba and Point Click Care. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Hold an active Colorado SLP license.
• CPR certification if requested and national SLP exam completed.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
