Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility after CFY.

Responsibilities

• Delivers speech-language pathology services per Rush Oak Park Hospital policy.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and respects patient rights and dignity.
• Complies with ASHA Code of Ethics and state licensure laws.
• Applies evidence-based evaluation and treatment to plan patient care.
• Documents services provided and progress in patient records.
• Participates in supervision and education of SLP students and staff.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
