Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy and evaluations for students in grades 3–12 in Oak Park, IL. The role supports a diverse caseload with mild to moderate speech and language needs in a private/parochial school setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with IL licensure and PEL, and has strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills to collaborate with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) is required for school-based practice.
• Illinois SLP licensure and credentials required for school-based practice.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades 3–12.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state requirements.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with school personnel and families as needed.
