Qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Prior hospital setting experience required.
• 2 years hospital experience in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, swallow and fluency disorders.
• Evaluate patient needs, establish goals, and plan and conduct treatment.
• Interact with patient, family and health care team members.
• Serve across all life spans from pediatrics to geriatrics.
