Job summary

Encompass Health in Portland, OR seeks a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients, and monitor progress throughout therapy.

Requirements include state licensure, CCC, and CPR (within 30 days). A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's with field experience. We offer strong benefits and opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
