Cypress Ridge Care Center in Monterey, CA is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing/post‑acute setting. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC‑SLP preferred, CFY candidates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and physicians.
