Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy and build strong relationships with patients and facility staff. The role focuses on screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning, while adhering to state and federal regulations and Reliant’s standards.

A Master's in SLP and valid state license are required, with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services to patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Discharge planning and case management to ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and the healthcare environment.
• Apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure compliant care.
• Deliver care that aligns with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomes.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols within facilities.
