Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality SLP services in our care communities. You will conduct patient screenings, develop and implement treatment plans, and ensure discharge planning and case management align with policy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• License as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the relevant state required.

Responsibilities

• Improve patients’ communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities through direct provision and supervision of speech therapy.
• Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust SLP program.
• Strengthen clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and the healthcare environment.
• Apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver care that aligns with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality as appropriate and ensure compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
