Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver therapy services in accordance with professional standards. You will screen patients, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge planning within state and federal regulations.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid SLP license, with opportunities to support growth, mentorship, and ongoing clinical leadership across multiple care communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP services to patients per standards and Reliant Rehabilitation’s policies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensure documentation reflects care goals and outcomes.
