Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered SLP services across care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning with ongoing case management.

You will maintain licensure, stay informed on state and federal regulations, and ensure therapy aligns with clinical standards while collaborating with staff and leadership to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
• Ability to work with patients in healthcare settings

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP services to patients per standard protocols.
• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management.
• Maintain licenses and stay informed on regulations.
• Ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and facility staff
