Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver services to patients in accordance with core therapy standards. You will support facilities, screen and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and manage discharges, while maintaining professional conduct and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes building relationships with clients and staff, ongoing education, and adherence to state practice acts across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients per standard practices and Reliant Rehabilitation's guidelines.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high-quality care.
• Screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, plan discharges, and manage cases.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and professional conduct.
