Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Texas seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver services in accordance with speech-language therapy standards. Work with patients and facility staff, performing screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning to ensure high-quality care.

You will build and sustain a robust SLP program, maintain licensure, stay current with billing guidelines, and collaborate with a clinical team to achieve meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients in accordance with the principles of speech-language therapy and Reliant Rehabilitation's standards.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high-quality care, including patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management.
• Uphold professional conduct that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation's commitment to excellence and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and the healthcare environment.
• Apply knowledge of relevant billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver care that aligns with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomes.
