Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive SLP services to patients in accordance with our standards and state regulations. You will screen, evaluate, and treat, developing individualized plans and collaborating with facility staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes maintaining licensure, staying informed on industry guidelines, and contributing to a robust SLP program while upholding confidentiality and patient safety in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP services to patients following therapy principles and Reliant standards.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high-quality care.
• Screen and evaluate patients and develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct discharge planning and case management.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Remain current with billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure compliant care.
