You will collaborate with school teams and families to deliver SESI’s evidence-based learning and instructional models, as well as positive behavioral interventions and support framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning is required.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role is preferred.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback is expected.
• Adaptability and flexibility are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies for safety.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
