Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a special education teacher to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps and to deliver SESI’s evidence-based models in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

You will collaborate with school teams and families, maintain essential documentation like IEPs and BIPs, and help students grow toward academic and social goals in smaller class sizes with our CASE PBIS framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Teach diverse groups of students using SESI’s instructional models.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
