Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a SPED teacher to support K-12 students with special and alternative education needs.

You will implement data-driven instruction, collaborate with school teams, manage behavior, and drive student growth using SESI’s PBIS CASE framework. The role requires a bachelor's degree and teaching certification preferred, with a commitment to feedback, flexibility, and student-centered planning.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in education.
• Certification as a teacher preferred; ability to obtain credentials as needed.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and feedback-driven practice.

Aufgaben

• Work with diverse students in SPED settings to deliver inclusive instruction.
• Develop and implement individualized plans based on data and assessments.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to drive student outcomes.
• Create and maintain engaging, skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Apply PBIS/CAS E behavioral supports as part of classroom management.
• Record and monitor student progress and required documentation.
• Participate in conferences, meetings, and ongoing training.
• Provide crisis de-escalation and safety support when needed.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative school culture.
